Pizza Dons are the leaders of franchises that sprung up after the Big Wave. They specialize in the fabrication of food (mostly pizza) from plankton and algae. Due to their advanced fabrication tech (the pizza families have sworn to one another to keep this secret), the Dons usually hold sway on the food reserves on whatever Outer Barge they set up shop on, and often have a gang of Surf Ninjas at their disposal.
